My one-on-one sessions with Dave are the most beneficial and intense workouts I’ve ever had in my 5 years of Crossfit training. Dave watches every rep and pushes you to your limits. During my recovery from surgery I wanted coaching to correct any form errors and help rebuild my strength and fitness while being cautious of my injury. In 10 sessions I’ve recovered my fitness and even managed to achieve a long held goal of Bar Muscle ups. I recommend a PT program with Dave to help you achieve your goals faster and safer. You know how awesome his instruction is in a class, imagine all that experience focused on just you.

For many years I have trained with some of Sydney’s best personal trainers and then I met Dave from Crossfit Marrickville. Dave without a doubt is the best trainer I’ve come across, is extremely dedicated, focussed on getting me the best results, and most importantly he works on your goals until you achieve them. He is very thorough and always makes it interesting and fun.

My partner and I train with Dave once a week in a private session and I would love to say I enjoy every moment but that is a lie. He works us very hard and it is great having someone push us through the session as the gym alone get a little boring. He has taught us a whole heap of different moves that we are able to do a the gym alone. We could not recommend Dave enough for both beginners and those of that are stronger or more experienced. 6 stars from me! (that’s out of 5 by the way 😉)

Over the past 16 months I have been doing personal training with inner west personal training, as I found group gym work wasnt my thing or getting results. Over this time i have surprised myself with what I have achieved in both fitness, strength and weight loss with the support, dedication and guidance of my personal trainers Nina and Bonnie. I actually enjoy and look forward to my p/t sessions and even those dreaded squats!
