Dave has been involved in Personal Training and Strength and Conditioning for over 12 years working with professional sporting teams to stay at home mums. Coming from a background in Physical Education and working with sporting teams i am able to make exercise enjoyable and motivating using proven training methods to get results that you want.

I began working in the fitness industry over six years ago, starting with outdoor groups and one-on-one sessions. I became interested in personal training because of my interest in health, exercise and nutrition. Personal training allows me to travel the journey with clients and accompany them as they overcome barriers and achieve their goals. Seeing my clients succeed is one of the most satisfying feelings, both as a personal trainer and as a human being. One-on-one personal training helps me focus on client’s specific goals, be it weight loss, general fitness, increasing strength/mobility or sport-specific strength and conditioning.
In addition to personal training I am also a certified Remedial Massage Therapist, specializing in deep tissue and Swedish massage.
I have been providing massage therapy services to various health and sporting institutions since 2011. During that period, I have helped clients relieve pain from injuries, stress and intensive physical training. I am a true believer of making massage part of your fitness routine and wellness. It allows you to get the benefits of relaxation and recovery, so as to push yourself a little harder with fewer injuries.
